The ‘Energy arbitration and dispute resolution in the Middle East and Africa’ conference discusses the issue of energy arbitration and dispute resolution in the MENA region and sub-Saharan Africa. The event, held in London, addresses the challenges in the current context, characterized by political instability and a drop in oil prices.
The event is organized by the London Centre of International Law Practice (LCILP) and the Saudi Law Training Center and it is supported by the International Court of Arbitration along with 20 other global organisations. The issues of energy arbitration, dispute resolution and technical legal considerations in energy disputes will be at the core of discussion.
