Since its foundation in 1953, the Munich Conference is one of the leading events for discussing the main challenges of the foreign and security policy, among which the conflicts in the Middle East, global terrorism and the refugees crisis. It gathers experts, leading personalities of international organizations, activists and decision makers, including heads of state and Ministers, on an annual basis to engage in an intensive debate and providing new ideas and solutions to the main current security issues.
